Booking Terms

These are our general booking terms for stays at Haus Susanne, Gappenau 16, 5550 Radstadt, Austria, booked directly with us online, by phone or by email. The specific deposit amount, balance due date and cancellation terms for your booking are always confirmed in writing (by email or at checkout) before your booking is final — if anything below differs from what we've confirmed with you directly, what we've confirmed with you applies.

Making a booking

A booking is confirmed once we have received your deposit and sent you written confirmation. Full contract terms, including the exact deposit percentage and balance due date, are shown during the online booking process or confirmed by us directly for enquiries made by phone or email.

Prices

Room prices shown on our website include breakfast and local taxes for bed & breakfast bookings. Exclusive whole-house bookings are self-catered and priced separately by quote. Prices are seasonal and the rate for your specific dates is confirmed at the time of booking.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms depend on your rate and dates and are confirmed with your booking. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change — we'll always try to be reasonable.

Arrival & departure

Standard check-in and check-out times are confirmed with your booking; let us know if you need flexibility and we'll do what we can.

Pets

Pets are welcome by prior arrangement — please tell us before booking so we can confirm the best room for you.
