A real house, run by a real family
Haus Susanne is exactly what it looks like: a purpose-built guesthouse on the edge of Radstadt, run day-to-day by Ben and Angela Turner and their family. We're not a booking agency or a listing for a property we've never seen — this is our home, and we're usually the ones who open the front door for you.

Two seasons, one house
Radstadt works for a ski week or a summer break. Haus Susanne is open for both.
Winter
We're inside the Ski Amadé network, Austria's largest, with a free ski bus stop close to the house. Radstadt/Altenmarkt is our local mountain, with Zauchensee, Flachau and Schladming all a short bus or drive away.
Summer
Hiking and biking trails leave straight from the door, with lakes, an adventure park and the Erlebnis-Therme water park all a short drive away. Radstadt's old town is a pleasant walk from the house.
